Find the Name & Location of a Retreader with 3 Letter DOT Code

You will be taken to a NHTSA website and a form titled: "Search Manufacturer's Databases"
To the left, "Search In", check Tires and the button for Retread ONLY. Clear ALL others.
To
the right, "Enter search information into any of the fields", enter the
3 letter known DOT CODE from the tire's sidewall in the DOT ID box. No
other information need be entered.
Click "Start Search".
The results will appear on a new page: "Retread Tire Search Results". It will list: Plant Name, CODE (to verify) and Address.
