Flying Retreads!

Are Retreads Really Used On Airplanes?

Absolutely! All types of aircraft from the U.S. Military (the US Air Force C-5, shown here, is flying on retreads) to the major commercial airlines, worldwide, use retreads as a way of holding down costs without sacrificing safety or performance.

The safety of retreaded tires on airplanes has been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt, with millions of landings on retreads being made every year all over the world. If it weren't for retreads, the price of an airline ticket would be considerably higher.

Retreads. . . safe to fly on. Safe for your vehicle.
