DO NOT USE THE TRIB SEARCH BAR FOR THIS INFORMATION.

The Link below will take you to the NHTSA site. When you get to that web site you will see the form for the search. You can search both new tires and retreaded tire manufacturers. Clear all the buttons except the one  you want. New Tire?  Retread Tire?

When this window opens, the title page is: Manufacturer's Information.

There is a form on this page titled: Search Manufacturer's Databases.

To the left, "Search In", check Tires and the button for Retread ONLY. Clear ALL others.

To the right, "Enter search information into any of the fields", enter the 3 letter known DOT CODE from the tire's sidewall in the DOT ID box. No other information need be entered.  Click "Start Search".

The results will appear on a new page: "Retread Tire Search Results". It will list: Plant Name, CODE (to verify) and Address.
