The following is reprinted from a Federal Highway Administration Document, 49 CFR Ch.111 (10-1-93 Edition), 393.76 (e) No truck or truck tractor shall be operated with regrooved tires on the front wheels which have a load carrying capacity equal to or greater than that of 8.25-20 8 ply-rating tires. |
