Can You Fix One Flat Tire?

Regarding the question of whether you can fix just one flat tire, the answer is: it depends. If the tire is in a single application, it can definitely be repaired. However, if the flat tire is part of a dual assembly and the inflation pressure is less than 80% of the recommended inflation pressure, then both tires are considered "flat" so both must be deflated before they are removed, demounted and repaired, or thoroughly inspected before they can be returned to service.
